Abstract: | Synthetic organic dyes having specific functional groups shows remarkable and tuneable optical properties due to their extensive conjugation and presence of heteroatoms. They can be used for fluorescence-based photo-diagnosis, sensing, biosensing, and cellular imaging applications. Conventional analytical techniques viz. spectrometry, electrochemical process, colorimetry, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), bimetallic temperature sensor, thermistors, and IR thermometers have been utilized for anions, nitroaromatic compounds (NACs), and temperature sensing applications. Most of these approaches are time-consuming and require complex equipment, sample preparations, and skilled people to manage these devices to achieve high sensitivity. Nonetheless, when compared to other approaches, the fluorescence method of detection is very distinctive due to its superior quantitative amplification detection, ease of use, and portability. Furthermore, the fluorescence detection technique offers excellent accuracy, selectivity, and sensitivity. It is a useful and potent instrument for researching the physicochemical characteristics of macromolecules. Recently, a wide range of biological activity has been demonstrated by anthrapyrazolone and its derivatives, which are based on fused pyrazole ring systems and function as intercalating agents, anticancer agents, and enzyme inhibitors newline |
