Abstract: | This thesis embarks on a meticulous legal exploration into the environmental sustainability newlineendeavors undertaken by listed companies nestled within the vibrant tapestry of Ahmedabad, newlineshedding illuminating insights on the indispensable nexus between Corporate Social newlineResponsibility (CSR) and ecological equilibrium. Illuminating the labyrinthine legal newlinelandscapes governing CSR endeavors, the study casts a discerning gaze upon their newlinereverberations within Ahmedabad s commercial fabric. Adopting a multidimensional newlineapproach, the research amalgamates doctrinal legal scrutiny with empirical inquiries to unravel newlinethe present panorama of CSR initiatives within Ahmedabad s corporate echelons. This inquiry newlineextends its tendrils towards deciphering the formulation and execution of eco-conscious newlinepolicies, practices, and stratagems by these entities, accentuating the legal ramifications and newlineregulatory adherence therein.
