Abstract: The study aimed to examine the relationship between the culture of an organization and its influence on employees performance (Task and Adaptive). Further, the study considered newlinecitizenship behaviours as the mediator for studying the direction of influence and gender and years and experience was treated as the moderator. The study aimed at Indian private sector banks (New Gen) located in the Bangalore region. The study comprised a sample size of 840 derived from five major private-sector banks, and they were further classified under gender, years of experience, and hierarchy levels. The study adopted a correlation research design and used SEM and other statistical tools for data analysis. newline
