Abstract: An accident is an undesirable and unpredicted event. Electricity exists in an invisible state. People cannot differentiate between a live line and a deadline with an open eye. Due to a lack of knowledge, fatal and non-fatal electrical accidents occurred to humans and animals. As per the National Crime Records Bureau, fatal electrical accidents that happen to human beings due to electrocution are increasing trend. The findings research on human being mistakes and actual execution of knowledge programs and the responsibility of HRM in lowering departmental employee electric mistakes in Power Distribution Firms. It focuses on proper public awareness programs to reduce outsider accidents. The aim is to minimize mishaps, develop a harmless philosophy, and deliver crucial perceptions that support dropping danger and enlightening work-related protection and assurance of self-confidence in employees and ordinary persons while using electricity concerning legal obligation and safety provisions. A literature gap is identified regarding not elaborating on the actual implementation of safety procedures for departmental, outsource and Outsider and appropriate use of safety tools in any literature reviewed. It is studied and classified with distinct results. The reasons for accidents vary per locality, and the same solution does not apply to all areas. newline The method adopted includes investigating all categories of mistakes in complete types of infrastructure in various areas. The study was carried out with detailed reports of accidents, analysis, the nature of accidents, the cause of accidents, the importance of safety tools and statutory provisions for safety in that area.
