The current study was designed to assess sleep quality, eating attitude and lifestyle disease i.e Depression, hyper tension and obesity in relation to health related physical fitness among college male students of Haryana. The 9min run/walk test was applied to assess the Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Modified sit-ups were used for Muscular Strength, Sit and Reach Test checked the Flexibility and Skin fold measurement for Triceps and Sub- scapular were taken. Sleep quality of 309(15.45%) students was good. Severe eating problem was seen among 860(43.0%) students. Majority 1097(54.85%) students had very low depression and only 2(0.1%) were reporting high depression. Among students 255(12.75%) were hypertensive. Body Mass Index (BMI) of studentsrangedbetween16.67-30.86showingmeanas22.65± 2.60 Kg/m2. Good sleep quality of students improved their Cardiorespiratory endurance, Muscular strength/endurance and flexibility and lowered their Triceps and sub-scapular. The physical fitness parameters Cardiorespiratory endurance, Muscular strength/endurance, Flexibility were found better among students having benign eating problem whereas body composition of severe eating problem students was significantly stronger than their fellow students. In case of life style diseases Depression and hypertension were not related to cardiorespiratory endurance but BMI of students was significantly negatively affecting their cardiorespiratory endurance. Muscular strength/endurance and flexibility were negatively correlated to depression, hypertension and BMI. Body composition parameters Triceps and sub-scapular were showing negative correlation with hypertension yet weak positive relation with depression and strong positive correlation coefficient was visible with Body Mass Index (BMI). newline
