By using queueing theory, one can analyse mathematically how the customers arrive the queue, how long the waiting time is and how much time taken to serve the customers. newlineThe main work of a vehicle financial concern is providing loans for heavy and light commercial vehicles. The process of the concern is categorized as sourcing, file preparation, loan processing, and document capitalisation. In chapter 2, a bulk service queue model is developed for the above mentioned works. Some special cases of the model and various performance measures are analysed. The cost analysis of the model is presented. For varying parameters the results are calculated numerically.
