Visually impaired children encounter a range of challenges affecting their physical, newlineemotional, and social development. This research study aims to bridge a significant gap newlinein understanding by exploring the impact of yogic intervention on these children. The newlineexperimental design incorporates both experimental and control groups, with hypotheses newlineanticipating notable improvements in psychomotor variables (e.g., balance, flexibility, newlinecoordination) and psychological variables (e.g., awareness, cognitive abilities, anxiety). newlineA set of self-made tests has been designed to assess various aspects relevant to their wellbeing. newlineThis research, rooted in the potential for yoga to enhance the overall well-being newlineof visually impaired children, seeks to contribute valuable insights for tailored newlineinterventions in this population.
