But since the birth of human civilization women had not been treated equally as like men. Become women had been engaged in the household activities as well as to care the child is the basic duty and responsibility of women in those times. They had been treated as like a slave and now a day s women are not free from family bondage as well as social bondages. Empowerment of women in twenty first century basically concentrates on overall development of women.
