Abstract: newline Diabetic condition is extremely complicated cluster of survival process with several chronic complications which is affecting individual s wellbeing and cost of living. Among three major complications diabetic neuropathy is the one and remaining two is nephropathy and retinopathy. Diabetic neuropathy consider as a most costly complication among other diabetic complication. Most challenging step in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is analysis and diagnosis. So, improvement in evaluation and recognition is for most principal. There is a various instrument to diagnose diabetic peripheral neuropathy but some instrument should be easily available in low cast and nurses also can practice in a daily health assessment system. In this study three assessment methods were used to see the feasibility of these two methods Ipswich touch method, 128HZ tuning fork method with the comparison of Vibratip. The study solution shows that my word is no remarkable discrepancy between this three test Ipswich touch, 128 HZ tuning fork as well as Vibratip test. After this study we can say that Ipswich touch test including 128 HZ tuning fork test is most useful method to detect diabetic peripheral neuropathy. We can use this method in primary health care settings, community health settings and in small health clinic. This assessment process can be use by any health care professional especially by nurses during general health assessment which will help to reduce farther complication like foot infection, foot ulcer and amputation.
