Vehicular Cloud Computing (VCC), which is a rising computing newlinestandard, has been established to provide vehicle drivers with several newlineamenities. The VCC has been highly focused on by scientists along with newlinepractitioners in the past few years. The Vehicular Cloud (VC) presented newlinedifferent opportunities intended at delay-sensitive applications newlineimplementation in the vehicular environment. VC Networks (VCNs) have newlineunique features among others, such as shorter transmission time and a high newlinedynamic topology in contrast to various Wireless Networks (WNs). These newlinefeatures become a problem for managing and allocating vehicle cloud newlineresources. Therefore, there arises the requirement for an effective Resource newlineScheduling (RS) or management algorithm for the successful utilization of a newlinebroadcast medium and data transmission. The vehicles underutilized newlineresources are shared at the congestion time for dealing with traffic in VCC. newline
