dc.description.abstractVisual information security holds a pivotal role among various security aspects. Visual-Cryptography (VC), based on secret sharing schemes, enables the encryption of secret-images and offers a highly secure method for accessing sensitive visual information. While numerous Secret Sharing Schemes for VC have emerged recently, many of them primarily focus on processing binary-images as a secrets, which may not be suitable for applications using colour information images. Furthermore, the security of shared-information remains an under discussed concern in prior research. Challenges in secret sharing schemes, including expansion of pixel, alignment issues, codebook design requirements, flipping problems, distortion, and unresolved thin line issues, persist. In short the present day techniques of VC, which rely on binary and gray level images, are beset by certain inadequacies mentioned above. To address these limitations and achieve flawless and superior outcomes, VC methods demand further enhancements. Empirical evidence suggests that leveraging colour images is a more expedient and precise approach towards this end. newlineThe study of secure and verifiable colour VC has emerged as a crucial field in recent times. A necessity for security and verifiability of shares has become increasingly pressing in the modern era. As the result, there have the growing interest in developing innovative approach that can guarantee the confidentiality of the visual image information and ensure that the generated shares are authentic and trustworthy. With the-proliferation of digital technologies and the widespread use of visual media, the importance and need of secure and verifiable-colour VC cannot be overstated. This field of study promises to unlock new avenues for protecting sensitive visual data and preventing unauthorized access, thereby advancing the frontiers of secure communication and privacy protection. newlineIn an effort to address the key challenges facing VC, this study aims to pioneer new secret information image-sharing-schemes
