Abstract: The purpose of this study is to study Study On Effect of Monetary And Non-Monetary newlineIncentives on Employee Performance Wrt Textile Industries Therefore, behavioral research newlinedesign was being used as it is deemed to be the most appropriate, methodology data collection, newlinesampling design, research instrument which was used in this action in this purpose. newlineThe target respondents for the study textile company of surat. newlineEmployees of textile industry and effect of monetary and nonmonetary incentives on employees newlineperformance in textile industry. newlineThe sample size for the Study was 1083 who were employees of textile industry users of green newlinecosmetic and food products. Questionnaire was the main research instrument was used as it is newlineeconomical, structured and appropriate to capture primary data to test the hypotheses formed and to newlineanswer the research questions. Based on the experience gathered during pilot survey and on analysis newlineof data obtained from the pilot study, the questionnaire was improved in order to collect data during newlinethe final survey with maximum factual accuracy, percentage, average and bar diagram was used to newlineexplain the facts. newlineThe study was carried out in surat. It is the ninth most populous city of india. It is well known for newlinediamond cutting and textile industry. Objective of the study was to evaluate the benefit of cash and newlinenoncash incentives on employees performance. newlinePrimary data was collect through use of structured questionnaire.
