Abstract: | The understanding that certain components of nature have a legal character has long newlinebeen a part ofdiscussions about a new approach to ecology. In this situation, original newlinesolutions have just surfaced. Rivers have received legal recognition in a few countries newlineworldwide as autonomous legalentities. Only a few instances of this can be located in newlinethe pertinent law. Therefore, it is not a frequent occurrence. Even non-lawyers are newlineinterested in this story since it uses the phrase, and#8213;A riverbecomes a legal entity.and#8214; It is a newlinefascinating legal system, but it must also be considered from other angles, including newlinecultural and ecological ones. The study discusses applying these concepts to current newlineglobal solutions and defines river components as distinct legal persons with legal newlinerights. The most prominent instances of such therapies are covered. newlineDue to the fluidity of the situation, the subjective perspective on nature is expected to gain newlinepopularity, especially as the issue of ecological preservation grows more urgent and the newlineinefficiency of current solutions becomes more obvious. The study is just the start of a newlinemuch bigger subject that has been the subject of several earlier investigations. The newlinepresentation occurred in Colombia, New Zealand, India, Australia, and other countries newlineworking to promote the idea of natural constituents as legitimate individuals (Bieluk, newline2020). newline newline newline |
