Abstract: Zeros and ones are ruling the entire world. The power of digital technology has newlinebrought many changes in human life. From the past two decades, the majority of the newlinethings, entities, businesses and market have been using digital technology in the name newlineof E-Business, E-Market, and E-Recruitment, and Ecommerce. Now, it s time to be newlineevidence for Digital Recruitment by organizations. With the pace of development in newlinetelecommunication and digital technology, companies depend more on technology newlinerather than traditional method for various activities. Most of the companies are using newlinedigital technology to implement HR practices and using digital tools like digital data, newlinechat bot technology, Artificial Intelligence HR, AI recruitment, cloud HR. These tools newlineare helping companies in identifying the vacant positions and notifying the vacant newlinepositions, Majority of the IT Companies are adopted the above technologies, but few newlinecompanies are resisting in adopting the new technology for recruiting the employees. We newlineall know that talent acquisition is a time consuming repetitive task consisting sourcing newlineand screening applicants. newlineThis research helps in identifying the technologies that are being adopted by the newlinerecruitment companies. This research also validates the proposed hypotheses that are newlineassociated with Traditional Recruitment Process and Digital Recruitment process. The newlineresearch identified that AI provides the best solution for recruiters to optimize talent newlineacquisition. AI used to improve the quality of hiring process and neutralize human newlinebiases. AI will be used greater in size to give effective result. The routine newlineadministrative jobs will be replaced soon by Smart AI technologies and will soon newlinedisappear. newlineThis research will stand as a good reference for the recruitment companies that are newlinesuffering with Traditional Recruitment process and willing to deploy digital recruitment newlinetechnologies.
