Abstract: newline Changing environmental conditions, government imbalances, and pandemic disease are resulting in the disturbed product demand-supply cycle. In this research study, the primary data collection had started for the different electrical OEMs at Nashik district of the changing product demand during Oct-18 to Sep-19 due to above listed reasons, its impact on company s KPA like Service level, Total product delivery lead time, and inventory s. It had observed that as the product demand is shrinking, the product supply with the pre-installed capacities is facing major issues like job cuts, high unsold material inventory, and the running of companies at lower capacities. To solve the above listed organizational issues, the objectives have taken to construct and validate a consolidated sales order booking process excellence framework at the sales management for improving the total sales order booking process lead time, to check the Digital Store acceptance by buyers, To construct and validate a consolidated manufacturing operation excellence framework, To derive the main Leadership and Management styles in an organization to have the best decision making, and to construct and validate the above listed product demand and supply cycle balancing enabling factors Research Framework for improving organizational performance of the electrical OEMs at Nashik district. This research hypothesis framework had evaluated through a set of questionnaires for a survey between Nov-20 to Feb-21 based on the Likert scale and received 402 complete responses. The analysis of survey response data had performed by testing the reliability, correlation, validity, and regression analysis. Significant relationship between the product demand and supply cycle balancing enabling factors and organizational performance of the electrical OEMs at Nashik district had observed and allproposed models are best fit. Standout 30%+ improvements in decided organizational KPA s had observed after deployment of the final research framework findings at
