Abstract: The fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) in the 21st Century is focused on automating traditional manufacturing and industrial practices, using Smart Tech, and IoT is driven by the Modern App culture. With globalization, the high-tech industry brings the global experience of staff welfare, leadership behavior, and tech know-how gap. Industrial decisions are influenced by Leaders, Technology, Contributors, and consumers (Employees), defining the success or failure of projects. The Trilogy drives behavior changes in employees and leaders. Discordance between the influencers is the primary reason for the high attrition. Leading the millennials requires behavioral study of leaders at the ground zero to mid and top positions. I researched a few journals and books to know the cause of high attrition that points toward attributes such as working environment, gender-neutral HR Policies, performance management systems, and many more. The research objective is to determine the root cause of behavioral changes in the IT Sector employees, including leaders, causing high attrition. On top of it, Digitization and Digitalization in the IT sphere have added new dimensions to improve system transparency towards employee welfare schemes and employability conditions. The type of research is descriptive. Primary and secondary data will be used for analysis, with a particular emphasis on primary data. The study focuses on young leaders and millennials and interviews entrepreneurs, senior leaders, and stakeholders of the IT industry in Bangalore. Aim to demystify the above requirements that plague corporations worldwide and present an accurate, modular, and flexible framework that adapts to scale and paints a near-accurate picture of the state of an organization, thereby helping them to make decisions that truly make a difference and learning for other organizations to follow a role model.
