Abstract: | Rapid advancement in health care area and the burden of disease get new newlinechallenges for health workers. The rapid spread of disease places a significant newlinestrain on the health care system and nursing schools and colleges, disrupting newlinestaffing and forcing students to complete their educational requirements in newlinehospital. Due to student s inability to put their theoretical knowledge in to practice. newlineBoth the theoretical and practical components in nursing education are divided in newlinethese circumstances.1 newlineContinued advances in the health care system require effective nursing skills and newlinereliable competences included clinical judgement and problem -solving abilities.2 newlineToday, more than ever before, there are numerous universities worldwide that are newlineexperimenting with advanced teaching strategies which is to increased academic newlinecapacity, further learning, and self-serving clinical decisions among their students. newlineOne of the proposed ways to fill the gap between academic performance and newlinetreatment is to transform the traditional education system into problem-based newlinelearning (PBL) and Simulation based learning.3 newlineSimulation-linked problem-based learning(S-PBL) is an approach which can newlineimprove the educational effect. S-PBL puts more emphasis on the learner rather newlinethan the teacher without the simulation component; problems are handled based on newlineknowledge, abilities, through interactions with peers and sharing of knowledge, newlineexperience, and ultimately resolution.4 S-PBL instructs students in professional newlinenursing techniques while teaching them how to successfully troubleshoot newlineproblems, which combines simulation and problem- based learning. newline |
