Abstract: To see the potential applications of 1,3,4-trisubstituted pyrazoles in the various newlinefields and with the aim to enhance the biological activities, there is much scope to explore newlinethe synthetic approaches for the construction of the desired 1,3,4-trisubstituted newlinepyrazole derivatives. First, it is claimed that 1,3,4-trisubstituted pyrazoles with an acyl newlinefunctionality connected to the 4- position of the pyrazole scaffolds may be synthesized newlineeffectively and practically. By first forming an oxime, followed by a reaction with the newlineVilsmeier-Haack reagent, the precursor 4- cyanopyrazoles used to make the target newlinecompounds were created. 4-cyanopyrazoles produced the corresponding 1,3,4- newlinetrisubstituted pyrazoles in a 71 88% yield when they were combined with different newlineGrignard reagents. newline
