Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence are newlinewidely recognized as crucial factors contributing to both individual and newlineorganizational success. To newlineachieve this goal, the research will adopt a mixed-methods approach, employing newlineboth qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis techniques to obtain a newlinecomprehensive understanding of the subject. newlineThe qualitative phase will involve conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups newlinewith employees from various MNCs in the Delhi NCR region. Through this phase, newlinevaluable insights into the experiences, perceptions, and beliefs of employees newlineconcerning emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and their impact on overall newlineeffectiveness within the workplace will be gathered. newlineThe quantitative phase will encompass a large-scale survey distributed among newlineemployees of selected MNCs. Validated instruments will be used in the survey to newlinemeasure emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and employee effectiveness. newlineThe survey data will be analyzed using statistical techniques, such as correlation newlineanalysis and regression analysis, to explore the relationships between the variables. newlineThe findings of this study will significantly contribute to the existing knowledge on newlineemotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence by examining their combined newlineinfluence on employee effectiveness. newline |
