Shri Krishan has significance role in Indian religion and philosophy. Shri Krishan possessing all 16 kalas is representing deity of Vishnu having different avtaras. He is always having flute with him and pleased by music. He occupies a significance place in all style of singing through the ages like dhruvagaan, dhrupad, dhamar and khayal. It has been observed that in modern time the singers and composers of classical music composed and practiced so many compositions in fast tempo i.e. drut khayal related to Krishna. The source material has been collected from Sangeetanjali, Raag Vigyan, Bhavrang lehari, Abhinav geetanjali and Kramik pustak malika. This study is based on 521 compositions composed in 186 ragas and 7 talas in different moods and leelas of Shri Krishan. That highlights literature, Raga, Tala, Rasa and Bhava on the Laukik to Adhyatamik platform which is very much relevant in the present time. newline
