Exploring the action of Tuberculinum Bovinum in Autism A Randomized controlled trial

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder with its onset commonly seen in infancy or early childhood. Developmental delay among children with ASD is a common characteristic of unknown origin. Delay in language, social skills, playing is usually observed with first years of life. There is high rise in prevalence of Autism over 10 years. There is no medicine for complete relief of Autism until now. So present study was carried out for searching solution for Autism. newlineAim newlineand#9679; To explore the role of Tuberculinum bovinum on ATEC and CARS scale among children suffering from Autism. newlineObjectives newlineand#9679; To observe the effect of Tuberculinum bovinum as an intercurrent/ constitutional remedy by reduction on ATEC among Autism. newlineand#9679; To observe the effect of Homoeopathic medicines by CARS Scale. newlineStudy design: Experimental Design Methods newlineThese cases were divided into two group Experimental Group A and Control Group B. Experimental A Group cases were given Tuberculinum Bovinum as intercurrent medicine along with constitutional medicine while Group B was given only constitutional medicine. Assessment and reassessment was done by CARS scale and ATEC scale. newlineResults newlineSince P Value is less than 1 which makes it insignificant thus Null Hypothesis is rejected. Alternative Hypothesis (H1) and (H2) both are accepted as Tuberculinum Bovinum has produced significant change on CARS and ATEC scale as Consistutional or inter current remedy newlineFrom this study it was observed that there were significant improvement in CARS and ATEC score of Group A than Group B. newlineConclusion newlineTuberculinum Bovinum plays an important role in improving quality life of Autism. newlineTuberculinum Bovinum has produced significant change on CARS and ATEC scale as Consistutional or intercurrent remedy. newline
