Abstract: The main goal of Autism Research is to learn more about, what causes Autism and to develop drugs that can improve the quality of life of people living with this ailment in different levels. The prevalence of Autism is increased significantly, this increase may be largely attributed to broader diagnostic criteria and one of the key goals is to enable a new level of research that was not possible previously on animal studies. Receiving an accurate Autism spectrum diagnosis at younger age is associated with more positive functional outcomes in later life as a result of ASD diagnosis and receipt of the above targeted treatment. Since pragmatically there is no evidence in support of Autism care and permanent cure. No signs of Toxicity and Morbidity were observed during the acute toxic studies as per OECD 423 guidelines. and#61472;The percentage yield of Hydro Alcoholic extract of Centella Asiatica and Bacopa Monnieri was found to be 23.56% w/w and 30.71%w/w respectively. and#61472;The preliminary phyto chemical analysis of Hydro Alcoholic extract of Centella Asiatica showed the presence of Alkaloids Glycosides Flavanoids Phenols Saponins Tannins and the preliminary phytochemical analysis of hydro alcoholic extract of Bacopa Monnieri revealed the presence of Alkaloids, Flavanoids Phenols Saponins Tannins. CONCLUSION: In the preliminary phytochemical screening, the Hydro Alcoholic Extract of Centella Asiatica and Bacopa Monnieri (250mg/kg and 500 mg/kg, respectively) showed the presence of Alkaloids Glycosides Flavanoids Phenols Saponins Tannins and the preliminary phytochemical analysis of hydro alcoholic extract of Bacopa Monnieri revealed the presence of Alkaloids, Flavanoids Phenols Saponins Tannins. It has been reported that these constituents possess CNS protective effect. The invivo activity on ASD rats was evaluated in rat model. Some supportive therapies such as Behaviour and communication approach, social skill training speech therapy occupational therapy, shows potentially used for Autism care and relieve the symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
