Abstract: Information security plays a vital role during internet communication in today s era of newlinetechnology. It is one of the most challenging issues nowadays. A drastic change emerged with newlinethe access of the internet to everyone, which made it possible to copy and distribute the digital newlinecontent illegally. To handle this issue information security methods play an important role, it may newlinebe classified into two categories i.e. cryptography and other is information hiding that may be newlinefurther classified into steganography and watermarking. Cryptography and steganography are the most popular and widely used technologies for the purpose of data security in communication. Combining cryptography and steganography provides two layers protection, the former encrypts the secret message so it becomes unreadable; the later hides the encrypted message into a digital cover so it cannot be seen. Implemented concept in this research is influenced by the existing research with a goal to provide excellent, robust, and efficient techniques for solving the real time problem of information using the text and image that are the most influencing contents now a days for the communication. Due to the limitation of traditional cryptography and steganography, in this research combination of one of the most numerically, mathematically based powerful public key, asymmetric key cryptography, RSA (Rivest, Shamir, Adleman) algorithm is combined with quantum newlinesteganography. It is based on the quantum computation model concept which is now known as newlinequantum computers. As compared to other research done in this area, cryptography integration with especially quantum steganography is proven to be the best in terms of security enhancement of text data using image as cover medium In this research novel concept of NEQR (Novel Enhanced Quantum Representation ) is used with the help of gray code and chaotic maps matrix for implementing new concept of quantum xv steganography image is used as cover medium and decomposed using discrete wavelet transform (DWT) to hide te
