Abstract: This thesis aims to synthesize diverse 1,2,3-Triazole-linked organosilane compounds, crucial in material science and various biological activities. Merging these moieties promises structural diversity and enhanced biological, pharmacokinetic, and surface modification potential. The primary focus is on developing innovative molecular sensors for metal ion detection. Traditional techniques like Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, ICP MS, ICP AES, XRF, potentiometry, ion-selective electrodes, and electrochemistry, while widely used, suffer from drawbacks such as cost, lengthy pre-treatment, skilled operators, and immobility. The synthesized compounds were assessed for their biological activities. newline
