Abstract: | Mahabandha is the very important part of immunity and concentration meditation which we get forms Hath Yoga. Mahabbandha is a combination of all three important bandhas like mulbandha, udyaanbandha and jalandharbandha. It signifies the essence of the ultimate relation with psychosomatic. The practice of Bandhas gives a general massage of the outre muscles and internal organs. The regulate blood supply to these areas helps in general detoxification of the body. Maha Bandhas affect the endocrine glands. Since these hormonal parts are associated with the Kundalin, naturally, bandhas also affect the chakras and animate life-saving energy. With this background there have been done the work of effect of Yogic Mahbandha on Immune system, SPO2 Level, Tidal Volume, Lungs Capacity and Hypertension level. The Aim: of this present study to find out effect of Yogic Mahbandha on Immune system, SPO2 Level, Tidal Volume, Lungs Capacity and Hypertension level age ranging 25 to 50 years of state Haryana in district Rewari. Methods and Materials: In the present research work a sample of 250 subjects has been selected from Rewari southern Haryana. The sample was selected from 25 to 50 years (group average age ± SD 38.70 ± 6.95) both male and female. 30 subjects with drawn himself form this study. The subjects divided into two groups, one is experimental and other is control group. Research Design: In this research work A pre and post experimental design with control group are used for investigation. To analysis the effect of Yogic Mahabandha here use pretest and post-test with the help of immune response questionnaire, spirometer, SPO2 meter, stopwatch, sphygmomanometer used and data has been analyzed using Paired T-Test Statistical tool with the help of SPSS ver. 23. Procedure followed in the intervention of Mahabandha is a 30-minute program that continued by 12 weeks (6 days/week).
