Abstract: newlineEnvironmental degradation caused by consumerism is a pressing newlineglobal concern, emphasizing the need for sustainable consumption practices newlinelike the Zero Waste Lifestyle (ZWL). This study investigates the behavioral newlinefactors influencing ZWL adoption and the intention-behavior gap within the newlinecontext of zero waste consumerism. Drawing upon the Theory of Planned newlineBehavior (TPB) and the Norm Activation Model (NAM), the study explores newlinethe psychological determinants of ZWL adoption among two distinct groups: newlinezero waste consumers and general consumers. A non-probability sampling newlinetechnique gathers responses from 346 zero waste consumers and 339 general newlineconsumers.
