An Evaluative Study on Students Service Quality Perceptions of Higher Education Institutes in Delhi NCR

Abstract

In today s complex scenario, higher education is exceedingly competitive due to the newlinevaried forms of institutional collaborations, and students with higher levels of newlineexpectations (Barnett,R. 1992). In such a scenario, it is deciphered as a complex system newlinefacilitating teaching, research, extension and international cooperation and newlineunderstanding. The student enrollment has surfaced as a cause of concern in several newlineinstitutes as they are becoming more aware, progressive, and interactive with global newlineorientation Parents and student, as chief customers are expecting a lot in terms of quality newlinedelivered with innumerable choices on their platter. So, management of quality is a key newlinearea for stakeholders of higher education. The extant body of literature reflects on the newlinelimited amount of studies on the service quality in the context of higher education newlineinstitutes in India. So, it is imperative to conduct this study to evaluate the students newlineperceptions towards service quality imparted by the Higher education institutes in newlineDelhi/NCR.
