Abstract: The historical priority of speech over writing admits of little doubt. There is no human society known to exit or to have existed at any time in the past without the capacity of speech. 1 A society, its members, or people living anywhere in todayand#8223;s world need a voluntary source so as to know one another or to exchange information within the society. Languageand#8223; is the best voluntary source of all the other sources. The main goal for learning a language was not for speaking and/or communication. The driving force was to exercise the mind and at the same time to be able to read out that language. 2 A language belongs to any community or a country as such provides a smooth way to communicate and understand things, situations and people personally as well as professionally. newline
