Abstract: For the purpose of avoiding the hepatic, you need to pass the substances at the newlinetargeted organs with ease and convenience. Transdermal route is a process known to newlinebe very successful in delivering those active substances at the organ which is targeted. newlineAll this is done having no side effects and no discomfort is encountered. It is difficult newlineto improve the drug permeability through the skin. This is because the epithelia of the newlineskin of human act as a barrier to all the external substances. So for this reason, newlineenhancing the drug penetration into the skin is a major challenge in transdermal newlineadministration of a drug. When the drugs are lipophilic in nature and designed for newlinetransdermal route their clinical efficacy being increased by low solubility level of the newlineaqueous solution.. This leads to the penetration and absorption of it in a poor manner newlinethrough the skin. To increase the permeation, skin penetration enhancer2 newline and suitable newlinevehicles can be developed for the purpose of increasing the drug s activity newlinethermodynamic and solubility. But penetration enhancer causes irritation to the skin. newlineHowever, nanoemulsion is the best alternative for topical administration newline
