Abstract: | The accomplishment of goals of any organization relies largely on the efforts newlineof human resources rendering their services in it. To strengthen global market, it is the newlineresponsibility of organizations to keep its employees happy and satisfied. A stressed newlineemployee cannot be expected to perform efficiently in the job whereas personal newlinesatisfaction relies on the satisfaction received at workplace by an employee. Stressed newlineemployees cannot execute their jobs effectively. The increased employee turnover and newlinedissatisfaction at job are two major disadvantages that many modern businesses face. newlineUnsatisfied employees create a number of problems at the workplace. Therefore job newlinedissatisfaction is ultimately a serious threat to the developing economy. According to newlinethe general meaning of satisfaction , it is fulfillment of individual s needs, wishes newline,desires, expectations, etc .In the following study employee job satisfaction is newlineconceptualized as , a contended employee is intellectually and emotionally confined newlinewith the organization, its targets and is always committed towards its concernment. newlineAny organization s growth and development relies on its employees. Satisfied newlineemployees perform better at workplace where as dissatisfaction of employees leads to newlinehigh absenteeism and turnover and low productivity. It is quite difficult for an employee newlineto adapt the different working conditions in an organization. newline |
