Abstract: The study was conducted to see Resilience in relation to Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health, Happiness, Satisfaction With Life, Sense of Humor and Anxiety. The major findings revealed that Resilience is significantly positively correlated with Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health, Happiness and Sense of Humor. Significant differences found between Lower and Upper Socio-Economic Status on Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Mental Health, Happiness, Satisfaction With Life, Sense of Humor and Anxiety and significant gender differences on Emotional. Socio-Economic Status emerged as a significant moderator. newline
