Abstract: Creating employability among its students is one of the prominent outcomes of the entire academic and administrative management of an educational institution. For achieving this objective, the institution designs its academic and administrative systems that helps the other systems of it and in turn, gets benefitted with the other systems. When the institution is autonomous, it experiences more freedom in designing the systems that makes achieving the desired outcomes a lot easier. newlineEffectiveness in creating employable graduates is the significant parameter of measuring the success of the professional institutes nowadays. The non-professional institutions running the conventional streams and courses have felt the need of paying attention towards this dimension. They are taking efforts for creating awareness among their students for competitive exams and entrances for further professional courses. newline
