Abstract: | In recent years wireless sensor networks have gained enormous attention due to their newlineflexibility in designing real-time applications and owing to the advancement made in newlinethe electronics field. Typically, sensors are placed in hostile environments where newlineminimum human interaction occurs. Most times, they are left unattended in order to newlineperform their duties correctly. Due to the wireless sensor networks (WSNs) newlineunpredictable deployment, it frequently displays varied levels of density along with the newlinearea. The power and range of these sensors are quite modest and constrained, and they newlinelose energy while transmitting data. Wireless sensor networks are largely affected by newlineenergy constraints. It is crucial to make effective use of the available resources in order newlineto extend the lifetime of the network. A collapse of the network due to nodes running newlineout of power would render the deployment useless. As a result, researchers in the field newlineof WSNs have largely concentrated on finding ways to reduce energy consumption, newlinewith energy-efficient routing protocols playing a crucial role in the overall design newlineprocess. newlineIn harsh environments, many sensors become dysfunctional. In order to decrease newlinemaintenance as much as possible, these networks should be fault-tolerant. In reality, the newlinetopology of the network will be constantly changing, so infusing new sensors instead of newlinedepleted ones would not be a good solution. Developing an effective fault tolerant newlinerouting protocols that consume less energy while communicating among nodes can be a newlinereal and appropriate solution. newlineThe proposed work focuses mostly on energy and delay aware efficient routing newlineprotocols for wireless sensor networks as its primary area of investigation. There are newlinethree stages involved in the composite collaborative energy aware routing protocols newlinethat has been suggested. The Kautz Graph technique is used in the initial phase to newlineestablish the network and locate the correct node in the network before delivering the newlinedata. |
