Abstract: In the proposed research a model is developed based on service oriented architecture to assess the accessibility of learning for disabled with websites based on semantic networks The web based learning model has been studied and analyzed for accessibility of websites with Achecker tool This was based on the principles of the WCAG two point zero guidelines predictable understandable operable and robust The data were again evaluated by stakeholders according to WCAG two point zero analyzed with SPSS sixteen point zero A SWAM was developed as a universal web accessible platform for disabilities for evaluating the performance of disabled students using semantic websites for learning Another model has been created with the help of SOA for disabled schools in integrated educational information system and analyzed with the same questionnaire The result showed that the performance has been improved considerably By using KEEL tool the extent to which the knowledge is extracted was explored newline
