Abstract: In this competitive and rapidly changing era, most professional organizations are very keen to train their employees throughout their careers so that they remain sufficiently motivated and focused on their work. Successful businesses depend on having welltrained workers. It has been proven that those who have received substantial training and growth are the best and most profitable employees. The well trained and skilled employees are the competitive advantage because they usually have the most substantial stake in the future of an organization. This research study primary objective is to determine the impacts the effectiveness of employees of training. The performance is measured in terms of the improvement in Productivity, learning of new skill, satisfaction, and the Employee Technical Expertise to motivate to retain in firm. newline
