Abstract: Digital transformation is the use of new digital technologies to improve businesses for enhancing customer experiences, modernize operations and develop new innovative business models. To achieve digital transformation SMEs, need to look into opportunities, challenges, digital transformation models and trends. newlineSMEs support Indian economy by providing employment, good contribution in GDP and developing new entrepreneurs. Though SMEs constitute a large part for economic development there is limited research on the digital transformation for SMEs. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are lagging behind large companies for adopting digital transformation. newlineThis dissertation explores digital transformation through analytics. I, Vikram Hande research scholar took empirical approach and designed research survey form to get the data for testing research hypothesis. It is difficult for SMEs managers to identify where to start digital transformation, to solve this problem researcher has designed A-B-C-D framework. This framework supports certain processes to be carried out for digital transformation. Thane Belapur Industrial Association supported me to get authentic data. newlineIn each chapter, I focused on SMEs digital transformation through analytics to adapt digital change. Literature review gives more understanding on digital transformation frameworks and its impact on SMEs. Analytics supports to take data-based decision and reduces risks. Based on findings recommendations are given for further research and practical implications. newlineIndia is one of the fastest-growing markets for digital consumers. Technology will change every sector of Indian economy and create new jobs. This thesis will provide knowledge and influence SMEs manager to implement digital transformation in their companies. newline
