Abstract: Conventional materials of monolithic nature have underling limitations with respect to achievable combinations of strength, stiffness, density, etc. In order to overcome these known inadequacy and further hail up to meet the ever-increasing engineering demands of the as on date modern technology amended with futuristic inventions, a industry ready new flap by name composite materials are gaining more importance. In composites, matrix holds the reinforcement that takes different category based on its properties, such as metal, ceramics, and polymers. Here in Aluminium matrix composites are developed by adding High Entropy Alloy (HEA) as reinforcements with pure aluminium material. Besides principal elements (having a concentration between 5% and 35%), HEAs can contain minor elements, each below 5 percentage. Fabrication of MMC by powder metallurgy technique is a process, in which metal in powder form (matrix) is blended with powder reinforcements holding as particle and/or short fiber intending further compaction as well sintering within solid conditions. The developed composite specimens are subjected to WEDM, which is an essential operation in several manufacturing processes in industries, which gives importance to variety, precision and accuracy. newline
