dc.description.abstractThe main aim of the thesis is to measure the levels of positive psychological capital, psychological empowerment, authentic leadership, cynicism and eudaimonic wellbeing in few select public and private sector firms under study. The results were obtained from correlation analysis. Pearson s correlation analysis was applied to investigate inter correlations among positive psychological capital and psychological empowerment, positive psychological capital and cynicism, positive psychological capital and eudaimonic wellbeing. The findings of the study also revealed that in case of public sector firms, it is observed that means of positive psychological capital, psychological empowerment, authentic leadership and eudaimonic wellbeing are ranging from 3.72 to 3.17. In case of private sector firms, it is observed that means of positive psychological capital, psychological empowerment, authentic leadership and eudaimonic wellbeing are ranging from 3.65 to 3.23. newline
