Abstract

Data mining plays a vital role in the field of data analysis due to its newlineprecision and reliability. In medical field, data mining is used to analyse the newlinedatasets of patients to detect diseases and also facilitate them to take preventive newlinemeasures from diseases. Nowadays, obesity is a major global concern with newlinemore than 2.1 billion people overweight or obese worldwide, which amounts newlineto almost 30% of the global population. If the current trend continues, the newlineoverweight and obese population are likely to increase to 41% by 2030. Day to newlineday the number of diabetic patients are increasing worldwide in a rapid manner newlinedue to their inappropriate diet and lifestyle. Diabetic causes high blood sugar newlinelevels. Generally, diabetes contain the symptoms of frequent urination, intense newlinethirst and hunger, weight increase, unusual weight reduction, cuts and bruises newlinethat do not heal and men with sexual dysfunction. Recent studies have shown newlinethat 70%-80% of Type 2 diabetes complications can be prevented by early newlineidentification and intervention in people at risk by changing their diet and newlinelifestyle (Ahmed et al. 2016). newline
