Abstract: | In Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET), the mobile nodes represent newlinea collection of arbitrary moving autonomous nodes that possess different newlinerouting capabilities depending on the role which need to be played during data newlinedissemination. In specific, the mobile nodes need to cooperate with one newlineanother for the objective of facilitating communication among them. newlineHowever, the mobile nodes may be malicious or selfish, and may not act in a newlinecooperative manner. In specific, the malicious nodes that are compromised newlinecan be a network part or possess a capability of intruding into the network. In newlinethis research, three multi-dimensional trust-based Quality of Service (QoS) newlineimproving trust enforcement techniques such as Real-Time Route newlineInvestigation Routing Protocol (RSRI) based QoS enforcement mechanism, newlineImproved Crossover imposed Cuckoo Optimization-based Malicious Node newlineDetection (ICOCSO-MND) Scheme, Improved Trust Factor-based Jelly Fish newlineOptimization Algorithm-based Malicious Node Detection (ITFJFOA-MND) newlineare contributed for achieving maximized QoS in the network. newlineInitially, Real-time Secure Route Investigation (RSRI) scheme is newlineproposed for safe routing in MANET. This scheme considers intermediate newlinenodes in the identified routes along with IoT devices and their trust. The newlineproposed scheme identifies routes amid the source and the destination. For newlineevery node, trustworthiness is confirmed by taking energy, position, speed newlineand amount of transmission, neighbour list etc., into consideration. newlineTrustworthiness of IoT devices based on the former support is ensured. newlineSecure Route Support of Mobile Node (SRSMN) for mobile nodes is newlinemeasured, where IoT Device Support (IDS) is determined for IoT devices. newline |
