Abstract: Fifth-Generation (5G) wireless communication has become a vital newlinecommunication platform in cellular technology. In 5G communication the newlinedynamic spectrum allocation becomes insufficient to guarantee the attainment newlineof major network requirements in terms of Energy Efficiency (EE), Spectrum newlineEfficiency (SE), delay and scalability. The enhancement of 5G communication newlinerequires high connectivity and improved traffic methods with in this network newlinearchitecture. Multi-carrier Code-Division Multiple Access(MC-CDMA) and newlineMassive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (mMIMO) have extensive attention newlinefor the development of 5G mobile networks. newlineThis addressing the prevailing limits in previous strategies. However, newlinethe expenses of mMIMO system can be reduced by replacing low power newlinecomponents in linear amplifiers and addressing high-power changes. newlineMoreover, the mMIMO system is widely influenced because of its newlinecharacteristics such as, channel uncertainty, channel capacity, reliability newlinedecreases, security access requirements, and additional electricity usage and newlineenergy loss. In order to improve the operations of mMIMO, researchers have newlinedeveloped various CDMA systems. newlineBut many researches still facing several difficulties when designing newlineCDMA systems in 5G network such as, high data rates, avoiding multi-user newlineCo-channel Interference (CCI) and spectrum allocation protocol. To deal with newlinethese issues the present work concentrated on designing an optimal spectrum newlinesharing protocol and optimal linear precoding for MC-CDMA using mMIMO newlinein 5G wireless networks. newline
