Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis is the development of aptasensors for cardiac troponin T (cTnT) for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction (MI). The thesis has been divided into six chapters, starting with a brief introduction expressing the motivation behind this work and outlining the work performed to address the primary objective defined for this thesis. |
