dc.description.abstract | The study was directed towards exploring the levels of the toxic leadership and its impact on organizational commitment and turnover intention amongst the employees of the select commercial banks in Chandigarh, Haryana and Punjab. The data has been analyzed using descriptive statistics along with exploratory factor analysis, Confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson coefficient of correlation, Regression analysis, Independent samples t- test and Analysis of variance. The study revealed that overall perception about toxic leadership was moderately high. The level of organizational commitment and turnover intention was also found to be moderate. The results suggested that toxic leadership had a significant relationship with both organizational commitment and turnover intention. The results further suggested that toxic leadership had a significant negative impact on the organizational commitment and turnover intention. | - |
