Abstract: Low power high speed electronic devices that have computing capabilities at newlinenanoscale are nowadays become one of the utmost requirements to overcome the newlineoverwhelming demands of the consumers. The technological era of Complementary- newlineMetal-Oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology is expected to be coming to its end due newlineto several significant limitations when scaling at nano-scale like leakage currents, power newlinedissipation, and lithographic difficulties. The growing demands of smaller and smaller newlinesized with lesser and lesser power utility digital circuits attracts the attention of newlineresearchers to come out with the novel technologies. Quantum Dot Cellular Automata newline(QCA) based circuits are one of the best suitable alternative solutions in confront to newlineCMOS. It is a promising technology which has abilities to provide low power high newlinespeed digital logic circuits at nano-scale as there is no sign of current flow and hence newlinelow power dissipation. To control information flow and operation sequence, an adiabatic newlineclock of around 1-T (Tera Hertz) have been widely used in the designed circuit newline
