A new perspective to enhance quality that reduces time, cost and achieves economy with good satisfaction levels of both customer and employee in construction demands Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation. Hence TQM is an orderly approach, which achieves quality by uniting all the activities in construction i.e., construction, organization and marketing. No doubt, Construction projects have been suffering with lot of troubles such as time and cost overruns, wastage of materials, poor construction work which reduces productivity with numerous environmental, legal, socio-economic issues. Though many countries have adopted TQM in construction and proved it as efficient system and also different TQM models are developed which suits particular region. Whereas observing India, very little research has been carried out on adoption of TQM in construction In this current research, an empirical implementation model of TQM is developed in south Indian construction companies and it focuses on local construction projects carried out in Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh state, in order to monitor the TQM execution in construction. The philosophical model is developed, initially critical success factors(CSF) are identified as Top management(TM), Customer satisfaction(CS), Team work training and employee empowerment(TTE), Continuous Improvement(CI), Process Management(PM), Design Management(DM), Quality Management(QM) and Supplier Management(SM). Further Key factors (KF) are considered under each CSF. The questionnaire is framed in order to conduct survey at different regions of Andhra Pradesh, Bangalore. The responses are collected and interpreted by statistic and reliability tools, so that an empirical model of TQM is developed for execution in construction, by inferring that the CSF considered are significant for the successful implementation of TQM and the order of significance as follows TTE, TM, SM,QM, CI, PM, CS and DM. newlineOnce the implementation model of TQM is developed, then that TQM model is necessary to adopt in
