dc.description.abstractThe present day have technological advancements in innovations as well as in social paradigms. Society also has changed in relation to social bonding, relationships and transfer of knowledge in a next level i.e. virtual aspect of communication, presentation and expression oneself. Present study Construction and Attestation of Virtual Identity Test has bound to highlights the individual s psyche with a virtual existence of themselves in Virtual world. The aim of the present study to construction and attestation of virtual identity test among young adults 18-25 years old. For the purpose, 1521 male and female students from affiliated colleges and various departments of Panjab University, Chandigarh have been taken. A factorial research design applied for validates the test. The Reliability of the test has been found highly significant with the value of Cronbach s Alpha = .953, plt .01. The content validity was found at the item-level content level index as = .885. The factor analysis also found a highly significant value as = .964, plt.01. The study has fulfilled its objective to construct and attest the virtual identity test among young adults. newline
