Abstract: Doctors are an important part of healthcare industry. The quality of healthcare provided by doctors is somewhere gets impacted by their level of satisfaction with their job. The study analysed doctors level of job satisfaction and its relationship and impact on their personality and wellbeing level in district Una (Himachal Pradesh) and Hoshiarpur (Punjab). It was revealed that female doctors were more satisfied with their job than male doctors. The job satisfaction of doctors was having a significant impact on their level of personality and wellbeing. newline
