Generation validation and Evaluation of comparative efficacy of intervention using modified Betty Neumanns Theory as against the conventional Betty Neumanns Theory to develop evidenced based Pandemic care pathway for reduction of stress among school going Preadolescents

Abstract

ABSTRACT newlineIntroduction: Preadolescent, a crucial age of human being needs abundant care to overcome stress due to puberty and hormonal changes. Pandemic stress adds to it and hence need extra effort during this time. newlineMethodology: A mixed methodology is being used here to develop a pathway specific to deal with preadolescents pandemic stress by application and modification of Betty Neumann system Model. And a Randomized control trial is used to evaluate the efficacy of the newly developed stress releasing preadolescents Pandemic care pathway (SRPPCP) with 100 participants. newlineResult: Outcome is achieved to reduce stress via SRPPCP confirming the efficacy of newly developed pathway. Results showed observed value = 19.850 gt (critical value) = 6.2467 at 20 % superiority, thus observed value is greater than critical value for area of not retaining the null hypothesis. newlineDiscussion: Basal evidence generated by the study can be put to further research to get the standardization via multicentric trial for nursing implications.
