Abstract: | The present study titled as A Critical Study of Human Resource Analytics for Talent Acquisition process in Software Development Companies is aimed at to study the adoption factors impacting the HR analytics among HR professionals and at organization level. It also aimed to study the impact of HR analytics on talent acquisition. Researcher identified various factors responsible for adoption of human resource analytics in the software development companies and also try to find out the impact of adoption of HRA on talent acquisition in the companies. HR analytics is the data HR department gathers to analyze and understand their company s workforce. HR workers may better connect with company goals and use predictive analytics to become strategic partners as a result of the transition to analytics. HR professionals are being pushed more than ever to embrace analytics and align themselves with the business and financial side of the corporation, or risk being left behind. As a result, research is needed to determine where companies stand in terms of HR Analytics implementation. This will assist management in making decisions by outlining appropriate tactics. newlineIn this study, researcher selected 728 respondents from various software development companies of Pune region. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis which resulted that self efficacy, tool availability, data availability, effort expectancy and financial health of an organization were found significant factors impacting the adoption of HR analytics among HR professionals in the software companies. The non-adopters insignificant factors were found social influence and competitive intensity. The findings suggested that the factors influencing HRA adoption are not just in the hands of HR professionals, but also, to some extent, the enterprise. If employers genuinely want to implement HRA, they must provide HR professionals with the tools, data, resources, and support they need. |
