Abstract: | Work Engagement (We) Deals With The Conformity Of The Workplace Environment To Catalyze The Performance Of Employees. Schaufeli Et Al. (2002) Described Work Engagement As A Positive, Fulfilling, Work-Related State Of Mind And Is Characterized By The Three Dimensions Viz. Absorption, Dedication And Vigor . Work Engagement Is Defined As The Process Of Involvement Of Employees In The Work. Human Resource Should Be The Most Scrupulous Investment To Be Made By An Organization. The Brand Of An Organization Is Associated With Its Employee. Employees Can Lead To Success Or Failure Of An Organization. It Is Highly Imperative For Every Present-Day Business Organization - Be It Public Or Private - To Keep Its Employees Engaged By The Virtue Of High Levels Of Enthusiasm, Creative Spirit, Positive Work-Culture, Work Complacency And Customer Contentment. A Positive Workplace Culture Stimulates Employees To Give Their Best. Employees Who Are Fully Engaged In Their Work Put In The Effort And Focus Both Mentally And Emotionally, As Well As Physically, In Order To Excel In Their Roles. They Bring Their Whole Selves To Their Job And Are Dedicated To Performing At Their Best. Engaged Employees Consciously Work For The Benefit Of The Organization And Have The Innate Desire To Contribute And Realize Organisational Goals Rather Than Personal Goals. newline |
